Banana ,Raspberry and Coconut Slice
Banana, Raspberry and Coconut is a fabulous combination of flavours. These bars are super easy to make, freeze well and are full of fibre and minerals making it a great snack.

- 1 Brownie tin
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Sheet parchment paper
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas ripe
- ⅓ cup Almond butter
- ¼ cup Nut milk I used Almond
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded coconut unsweetened and natural
- ½ cup Flaxseed meal Can grind in blender flax seeds
- ⅓ cup Raw pumpkin seeds, chopped
- ⅓ cup Raw sunflower seeds, chopped
- ½ cup Fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350f/180c
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Stir in almond butter, nut milk and vanilla. Add coconut, flaxseed, seeds and mix well.
- Break raspberries into small pieces and gently fold into the mixture.Spread the batter in the pan. Bake for 40-50 mins until edges are golden brown and centre is firm to the touch. Cool before slicing into 16 bars.
