Bliss Balls

Bliss Balls are easy to make, delicious and a great afternoon snack when you get the munchies.
Course Dessert, Snack

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 bowl to roll bliss balls in the coconut
  • 1 container to store bliss balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almonds I dry roast mine for extra flavour
  • 1 cup Chopped , pitted dates Soaked in hot water
  • ½ cup Dried apricots Soaked in hot water
  • cup Liquid coconut oil Or a very very mild olive oil
  • cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 ¼ Grated coconut for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Place nuts in blender and pulse a few times to chop them.Then add dates, apricots, coconut oil, cacao powder and chia seeds.
  • Blend until all mixed together.
  • Roll into balls and roll in the grated coconut.Store in an airtight container in the fridge, they last for ages!(depending on size, makes about 24)
