Tandoori Cauliflower Bites
A delicious and easy way to eat cauliflower.

Equipment
- 1 baking tray lined with parchment paper or silicone mat
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 bowl
- 1 spoon to mix cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt or Coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Lemon juiced
Instructions
- Chop the cauliflower into florets.
- In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.Put the cauliflower in the mixture and toss to coat.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours (If you do not have time, you can leave this step out) Bake in preheated 400f/200c oven.Spread on greased baking tray or on parchment paper and bake for about 3-40 mins until golden, turn over half way.
