Chocolate Almond Bark
Almond bark is a long time favourite in my house. I make this all the time and keep it in the freezer for when people pop by or if we are looking for something sweet.

Equipment
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Cookie sheet Lined with parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 300g Bar dark chocolate chopped
- 1-2 cups Dry roasted almonds Roasting the almonds gives it tons of flavour
Instructions
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave. First put it on for 40 seconds, stir and then 30 second spurts stirring in between until the chocolate is all melted.
- Stir in the nuts until coated. Spread on a parchment paper on a try until spread out, not too thin and not too thick.
- Place in the freezer until set, then break into pieces.
