Protein packed crepes!!

I love going out for breakfast!

Nowadays, there are so many fabulous places offering healthy alternatives to our favourites. Although, there is nothing wrong with favourites every once in a while!

Being a pescatarian but allergic to soy, I have to make sure that I get enough protein. These crepes are perfect! I shmear some almond butter on them and fresh berries and roll them up and they keep me satisfied for hours!! The batter keeps well in the fridge in an airtight container!!!

Protein Packed Crepes

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (I use Arbonne Vanilla Protein as it’s the best!)

1/2 cup gluten free flour

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups almond milk

3 eggs

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour in a heated crepe pan and cook each side until batter is cooked.

Fill your crepe with fresh fruit, almond butter and roll up and enjoy!
