Bliss Balls
Bliss Balls are easy to make, delicious and a great afternoon snack when you get the munchies.

1 blender
1 bowl
to roll bliss balls in the coconut
1 container
to store bliss balls
Ingredients
1
cup
Almonds
I dry roast mine for extra flavour
1
cup
Chopped , pitted dates
Soaked in hot water
½
cup
Dried apricots
Soaked in hot water
⅓
cup
Liquid coconut oil
Or a very very mild olive oil
⅓
cup
Cocoa powder
1
tbsp
Chia seeds
1
¼
Grated coconut
for rolling
Instructions
Place nuts in blender and pulse a few times to chop them.Then add dates, apricots, coconut oil, cacao powder and chia seeds.
Blend until all mixed together.
Roll into balls and roll in the grated coconut.Store in an airtight container in the fridge, they last for ages!(depending on size, makes about 24)
