Tandoori Cauliflower Bites

A delicious and easy way to eat cauliflower.

Equipment

  • 1 baking tray lined with parchment paper or silicone mat
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 spoon to mix cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt or Coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ Lemon juiced

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cauliflower into florets.
  • In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.
    Put the cauliflower in the mixture and toss to coat.
  • Place in the fridge for a few hours (If you do not have time, you can leave this step out) 
    Bake in preheated 400f/200c oven.
    Spread on greased baking tray or on parchment paper and bake for about 3-40 mins until golden, turn over half way.
