Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Equipment
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 pizza stone or cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 cup Spelt flour
- 1 cup Cooked cauliflower, mashed
- ½ cup Nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 220c or 440f
- Put chia seeds in water and let sit for 15 minutes
- In a bowl put flour, garlic, cauliflower, nutritional yeast and herbs. mix together and add the chia seed mixture and mix well to form a dough.
- Spread the dough on a greased cookie sheet, a pizza stone or on a parchment paper on a pizza stone of tray.Spread thinly and place in oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
- Remove from oven, add your toppings and place under the grill for about 3-4 mins.
